In this essay, I aim to identify the main themes within the medium of Horror film and what they can represent. Once identified I will apply these themes to a selection of work by the artist Louise Bourgeois, to determine whether the main themes of the Horror genre can be found in her work, and thereby generating a new reading of her work.[Abstract].
