This timely research report reveals the general level of staff dissatisfaction within FE Colleges in the UK. Over 3000 FE staff completed a questionnaire that revealed their overwhelming sense of being undervalued and underpaid while in contrast the findings did highlight how staff are happy with the job itself as they feel they are making a difference to society.
