Fashion and architercture share fundamental similarities and therefore both fields have begun to borrow techiques from one another. The purpose of this essay is to analise the connections, similarities and differences between both desciplines. The essay also looks at fashion and architecture as a means of protection and shelter and how both forms of design are used as a expression of identity .
