The aim of this extended essay is to critically analyze the gender disparities within the design industry. First looking at the amount of women within the industry compared to within education. Secondly looking at how women within the industry are represented. Finally looking into the groups, conferences, and resources dedicated to addressing the gender disparity by influencing and promoting a positive change within the industry.[Abstract]
