This project concerns itself with artists and activists who engage with human/nonhuman relationships and the eco-art movement. Research of philosophy, environmental ethics and contemporary art critque will develop a critical understanding. It hopes to raise awareness about the level of speciesism in our society through the application of philosophical and theoretical studies. [Abstract]
