This essay looks at the body as an object among objects. Using the binary of ruthlessness and empathy found in Karl Ove Knausgard's six volume work, My Struggle, I will explore the importance of opposites coexisting in the formation of a piece of art, from the perspectives of Object Orientated Ontology and feminist thoughts on fluidity.
