<br/><br/>Here follows the documenting of a 'hypothetical' exhibition entitled 'The point is to change it' This essay seeks to reveal the negative impact on employment, the resultant high redundancy level and the erosion of traditional working conditions in Ireland today as a result of the current economic crisis. It examines the mechanisms of our capitalist economic system and the role of the dominant group and the subordinate group in maintaining this system.l
