Enhanced descriptions from Syndetics:

Men lavished more money on their clothes during the last 25 years than ever before in history. With Dressing the Man, Alan Flusser has written the definitive book on how men should dress, how they can be stylish without being fashion victims, and how they can feel secure and confident in whatever they wear, wherever they go. He addresses the latest trends in menswear--business casual, for example--but maintains his focus on what he calls Permanent Fashion, the clothing a man should own because it never goes out of style.

Luxuriosly illustrated with many never-before-seen vintage photographs, this user-friendly guide follows Flusser's principle that, "It is not difficult to dress well; the real challenge is acquiring the right information."
