Jane Monckton Smith is Senior Lecturer in Criminology at the University of Gloucestershire, UK. She is a former police officer and advises police on domestic abuse at a local and a national level.Amanda Williams is Senior Paramedic and Safeguarding Tutor for the Welsh Ambulance Services NHS Trust, and Honorary Lecturer at Swansea University, UK.
Frank Mullane Frank Mullane is the director of AAFDA (Advocacy After Fatal Domestic Abuse), a charity specialising in helping families after domestic homicide. He is a member of the national panel that quality assures all Domestic Homicide Reviews, a Home Office accredited Independent Chair for these reviews and a visiting university lecturer and student assessor.
