The following text is an analysis of the artistic practices of Sylvie Fleury, Santiago Sierra and SUPERFLEX. These artists all concern themselves with the contemporary conditions of consumerism. In the following text I will examine their practices in detail and discuss their individual ways of critiquing the society in which they live. I will conclude by analyzing the effectiveness of their critique.
