Hal G. Gueutal is an associate professor of management at the University at Albany, where he serves as director of the MBA concentration in eHR. He has consulted with a wide range of organizations on HR technology issues as well as business and HR strategy. His research focuses on eHR trends and success factors.

Dianna L. Stone is a professor of management and psychology at the University of Central Florida (UCF). Prior to joining UCF, she taught in the MBA program in eHR at the University at Albany. She has also worked with a number of organizations on eHR-related issues. Her research focuses on information privacy, employee reactions to eHR, diversity, and the influence of culture on human resource practices.
