Dr Jane Summers is the Associate Dean Learning and Teachingin the Faculty of Business at the University of SouthernQueensland. She has spent many years both as a marketingpractitioner and as an academic. Her teaching and researchinterests are in the areas of consumer behavior, e-marketing andsports marketing.

Brett Smith has been a practitioner in business systemsand technology for more than two and a half decades, during whichtime he has relied heavily on well developed communication skillsto formulate and communicate business systems solutions. His careerhas spanned both the corporate and academic sectors and he holdsthree degrees in business and technology related areas. Brettcurrently provides business systems consulting services to thecorporate sector through his company, BisVision Australia.
