The main objective of this essay is to investigate whether Marina Abramovic's later performances have lost their integrity in terms of ethics, philosophies, approaches and outcomes. This essay raises debate between The Artist is Present (2010) and RhythmO (1974);questioning is Abramovic's later work a diluted spectacle of her earlier performances.
