This thesis demonstrates how clay can be utilised in the classroom as a means of rectifying these issues and meeting the aims of the Visual Arts Curriculum (1999). The interdisciplinary approach is introduced as a long-term resolution to the prohibitive factors for the implementation of the curriculum. Recommendations are also made on specific factors. | |
