What this essay does is marry theory and practice for the purpose of furthering understanding on the subject of curiosity. How can I elicit curiosity in my studio practice? How can curiosity be employed as a creative tool? To what extent can we theorise art practice? Vitally important to this essay is to demonstrate how theory is embedded into studio practice and what advantages can be gained by doing so.
